Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Escape Chronicles (Strategic Experiences, LLC).

Digital Products & Ticket Sales

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for digital products, ticket sales or reservations once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Exchanges

Under certian circumstances, we may offer exchanges on ticket sales. In order to qualify for an exchange, the following must be true:

  • the purchased tickets / reservation must be for a date that occurs seven (7) or more days in the future;
  • an earlier day or time must be availble for purchase, at the time of the request

When a request meets the criteria listed above, Escape Chronicles may attempt to adjust / exchange the tickets to the newly requested time. Tickets will only be exchanged at the value that was paid for them. Certian promotional codes or coupons may be invalidated through this process, based on the original terms of the promotion. If there is a difference in price, the customer will be responsible for paying this difference, prior to the exchange being completed.

Exchanges are only offered as a courtesy, and are not gaurenteed to be available in all circumstances. Escape Chronicles reserves the right to deny an exchange for any reason.
